Senior Manager, Customer Success at Risk Management Solutions

Ben Reynolds is a professional with extensive experience in teaching, research, and managing PhD students. Ben has worked as a Lecturer at ETH, Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich from April 2003 to September 2011. Additionally, Ben has served as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at California Institute of Technology from October 2000 to September 2001. Currently, Ben is employed at RMS as a Senior Manager in Customer Success, where Ben is responsible for managing a team and leading the migration of model support to a new cloud platform.
