Kamal Saxenaa

Kamal Saxena has over two decades of experience in finance, audit, and risk management. Kamal has held leadership roles at top organizations like RMS, Aon India, FIS, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and Ernst & Young. At RMS, they served as Vice President Finance and Head of India Operations, leading teams and driving cost-efficiencies. At Aon India, they were Director of Finance Controller and Regional Lead for Corporate Audit & Risk Management in the Asia-Pacific Region. Kamal has also established and led internal audit functions at FIS, India, and UK. Their expertise includes P&L management, strategy, operations, SOX compliance, and financial reporting.

Kamal Saxenaa began their education at Delhi University in 1991, where they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, and Law in 1994. Kamal then went on to pursue additional accounting qualifications, becoming a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1998 and a Management Accountant from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India in the same year. In 2006, they obtained certification as a Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute Of Internal Auditors. Finally, in 2012, Kamal attained an M.B.A. in Post Graduate Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
