Kim Zaidain

Kim Zaidain has over two decades of work experience as a Technical Writer and Principal in technology consulting firms. At RMS, they were a Principal Technical Writer responsible for developing and executing technical content strategy for new products. Prior to that, while working at Zaidain Design Group, Inc., Kim authored content for clients in the technology and financial services industries, creating user content, installation guides, manuals, tutorials, release notes, and training materials.

Kim Zaidain graduated Summa Cum Laude from Drew University with a BA in Political Science and German Language and Literature. Kim also completed a certification in Editing Mastery from LinkedIn in 2019. Kim has also attended NYU Stern School of Business, although no specific degree or field of study is indicated.
