Rhonda Darbouze

Rhonda Darbouze, MBA has a diverse background in client success management and corporate risk management. Rhonda served as Senior Insurance Analyst at Trane Technologies from 2013 to 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Account Representative at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co./William H. Connolly & Co., LLC from 2006 to 2012. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of Client Success Management at Moody's Analytics, and previously was Lead Client Success Manager at RMS, a Moody's Analytics company.

Rhonda Darbouze completed their M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Rutgers University in 2022. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a B.A. from Rutgers University with majors in Psychology and Sociology, as well as a Certificate in Criminology. Rhonda also holds additional certifications in Customer Success Management Fundamentals, Six Sigma Foundations, and Program Management Foundations from LinkedIn, as well as a NJ Property & Casualty Producer License from the State of NJ.
