Solmon Vipparthi

Solmon Vipparthi is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager of HR at RMSI Pvt. Ltd. since October 2008, Solmon has been responsible for end-to-end HR solutions at the Hyderabad location. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Officer at ELICO Limited and a Human Resources Executive at Granules India Limited. Solmon holds a Post Graduation in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, completed in 2019, and possesses a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, both from Andhra University.
