Carmine Franca

Carmine Franca joined RMTS in 1999 before graduating from St. Francis College in 2001 where he received his B.A. in Psychology. A respected long-time member of the team, Carmine started in the claims department at RMTS before becoming an Underwriter. From there, he ascended steadily through the ranks to Senior Underwriter, Underwriting Supervisor for the Home Office, then Vice President of Home Office Underwriting and finally was promoted to his current title in 2018. Carmine works hand-in-hand with clients to design agile policies that respond to their needs.
