Stephen Morrison

Associate AD - Marketing & Fan Experience at RMU Athletics

Stephen Morrison currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing & Fan Experience at RMU Athletics, beginning in July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Underwriter at McIntyre & Associates and a Social Media Specialist at Marucci Sports, where Stephen managed extensive social media channels and engaged with over 600,000 followers. Additional responsibilities encompassed supporting customer service efforts and operational needs for youth leagues and colleges, as well as coordinating events that enhanced brand visibility. Previous positions also included Director of Baseball Operations at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, overseeing various aspects of a Division 1 program, and a Marketing Graduate Assistant role where Stephen organized promotional events and game day operations. Stephen holds a Master's degree in Sports Management and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana Monroe, along with an Associate's degree in Business Administration.

Nestled in the heart of Moon Twp, PA, in the West Hills of Pittsburgh, Robert Morris University Athletics has achieved great success with its 17 Division I teams across seven collegiate conferences. RMU Athletics is home to the Horizon League (men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s soccer, cross country, indoor and outdoor track, volleyball, and golf), Big South (football), ASUN (men’s lacrosse), MAC (women’s lacrosse), MAAC (rowing), AHA (men’s ice hockey), and CHA (women’s ice hockey) conferences. Our 425 student athletes come from all over the world to compete as a Colonial. These student athletes display Colonial pride both on the competition floor and in the classroom with a 3.40 grade point average. Our 80 staff members, our student-athletes and alumni are dedicated in our efforts to UNITE campus, UNITE the community, and UNITE on game day. Robert Morris University Athletics began as a junior college powerhouse in 1963 and soon rose to Division I status in 1976. "Bobby Mo" has had a storied career over the years with 60+ conference championships and NCAA appearances. Our rich history of championship pedigree and excellence off the competition floor has been the backbone of our athletic department and will continue to take the Colonials into our 47th season in Division I athletics. “Let’s Go Bobby Mo!”
