Parineeta Katgaonkar

Parineeta Katgaonkar is a seasoned professional in the architecture and development management sectors, currently serving as SVP Development Management at RMZ Corp since October 2023. Katgaonkar previously held the position of Architecture Lead at Lodha from November 2022 to September 2023 and served as Associate Director - Asset Consultancy at Buro Happold from August 2021 to March 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as AVP, Design and Planning at Poddar Housing, General Manager of Architecture, DGM Architecture, and AGM of Architecture at Lodha Group, as well as Senior Architect at Hirco Developments Private Limited. Educational qualifications encompass a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, a Diploma in Sustainable Development from the Swedish Institute, and both a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) and Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, and MIET, Nagpur, respectively.
