Robert Hayes is a seasoned electrical engineering professional with extensive experience in controls engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Controls Engineer at RND Automation since April 2019, Robert previously held the position of Electrical Engineering Manager at BIC Graphic USA from May 2015 to April 2019. Robert's career includes roles as a Controls Engineer at Oceaneering Entertainment Systems and as an Electrical Engineer at BIC Graphic USA and Airgas. Robert began their professional journey as a Co-op Intern at IBM. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont, graduating in 2001.
