Spencer Fink

Spencer Fink has a diverse background in technical and mechanical roles, currently serving as the Lead Mechatronics Technician at RND Automation since September 2019, after previously holding the position of Mechatronics Technician. Prior experience includes working as an Electro Mechanical Technician at Ergotronix Inc, where complex wiring and assembly were key responsibilities. Additionally, Spencer held positions in various companies, including a role as a Polisher at Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions and a Mechanical Assembler at Follett Corporation, focusing on the assembly and testing of medical-grade refrigerators and ice machines. Earlier, Spencer gained supervisory experience at UPS, managing teams to ensure efficient package sorting and employee productivity. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Graphic Design from Seton Hill University.
