Kirsty Madden

Kirsty Madden is an experienced purchasing professional with a robust history in retail buying, currently serving as a Senior Buyer at RNIB since March 2023. Previous roles include Senior Buyer at Macmillan Cancer Support and various buying positions at Debenhams, where responsibilities ranged from managing menswear brands, including Maine and Red Herring, to overseeing the Mantaray department. Kirsty also held positions at BHS within the Arcadia Group, starting as an Assistant Buyer and progressing to Buyer's Associate. Educational qualifications include a BA HONS in Retail Management and Fashion from the University of Central Lancashire, completed between 2002 and 2005.
