Anthi Minhinnick

Anthi Minhinnick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community safety, safeguarding, and partnership management. Currently serving as the Designated Safeguarding Lead at RNLI since October 2021, Anthi previously held various roles within BCP Council, including Community Safety Manager and Poole Community Safety Partnership Manager from 2008 to October 2021. Experience also includes serving as Chief Officer Special Constabulary at Dorset Police and managing community safety initiatives for Poole and Bournemouth Borough Councils. Anthi's background encompasses strategy and policy development, budget monitoring, performance management, and partnership coordination, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Media from the University of St Mark and St John.
