Marketing Executive

Tallulah Sim is a Marketing Executive at RNLI since November 2025, with extensive experience in customer experience and marketing roles. Previously, Tallulah served as CX Manager & Marketing at Scrumbles from April 2024 to November 2025, leading customer experience initiatives and implementing an AI CRM system. Earlier positions include Customer Service Champion at SPOKE, Business Support Officer at BCP Council, and various customer-facing roles in hospitality and retail. Tallulah holds a BSc Hons in Psychology, Science and Technology from Bournemouth University, completed in July 2021.
