Antônio Carlos Fernandes Nunes

Antônio Carlos Fernandes Nunes holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (Uerj) and a master's degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Teleinformatics and Automation from the Alberto Luiz Coimbra Institute of Graduate Studies and Research in Engineering at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. January (Coppe/UFRJ). At RNP, he coordinated and acted in several projects and initiatives in a trajectory of more than 20 years, until reaching the Directorate of Services and Solutions. On this journey, he was coordinator of the FIX/PTTMetro in Brasília, supervisor of Redecomep (Community Networks for Education and Research) in the Midwest, responsible for RNP's Internet Data Center (IDC), deputy director of Service Management and, years later, , Solution Management. He also coordinated RNP's participation in projects with Europe and Latin America, such as ELCIRA and MAGIC.
