Victor Manuel García Martínez

Victor Manuel García Martínez is a highly experienced professional in the field of electrical engineering and network analysis. Currently a researcher at the Software Defined Networks Research Group (NERDS) at UFES since March 2017, Victor also serves as a Network Analyst at RNP since March 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Network Engineer at Almacenes Universales S.A from September 2013 to December 2016, and as a Professor at Instituto Técnico José Martí from September 2011 to July 2013. Victor holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree from Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de La Habana "José Antonio Echeverría."
