Mission:
To deliver the power of network leverage and help our clients grow more quickly and efficiently.

We can either develop the leads and hand them to our client sales team or take the prospect through the sales process to completion.

Referral Network Resources, LLC (“RNR”) located in Metropolitan Los Angeles and Orange Counties is an outsourced business development and sales solution for Professional Services firms. RNR was founded in the summer of 2011 by Rod Pierce and Dennis Bernstein, both with over 20 years of professional business development experience. The value proposition for firms that choose RNR as a partner is the intellectual capital found in their highly prized networks. RNR clients are assigned a dedicated business development associate, cold call prospecting, and the network leverage™ that the two partners bring to the project. The result is lower client acquisition costs and accelerated growth for the firm.

“Lead Development” as executed by RNR means more than handing you a prospect. We develop relationships with potential buyers and partners as the first step in delivering profitable growth. We work closely with our clients to assess and refine their objectives, research and narrow the target market, establish specific lists of company/ individual targets, and re-define the value proposition specific to the target. We take the time to learn the culture of our client, their product or service and most important the way they do business.
