Wilard Bao

Wilard Bao is a seasoned technical consultant with extensive experience in managing and implementing SolarWinds applications in enterprise environments. Currently serving as a SolarWinds Technical Consultant at RNS Technology Services since October 2021, Wilard specializes in ensuring the seamless life cycle of SolarWinds applications and resolving critical incidents. Prior roles include SolarWinds Monitoring Consultant at ProV International and Technical Support Engineer at SolarWinds, where expertise was developed in troubleshooting and maintaining the SolarWinds platform. Wilard also has a strong background in providing technical support for cybersecurity solutions, having worked with companies such as Cybereason, CrowdStrike, and Trend Micro. An alumnus of Adamson University with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Wilard brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to the field.
