João Ferreira Loff

João Ferreira Loff's work experience includes various roles in different companies. João started working as a Technical Book Reviewer at Packt Publishing in December 2014 and continued until April 2015. Later, they joined Accenture Portugal as an Associate Software Engineer in November 2014 and left in September 2015. In 2012, they became the Head Software Engineer at RAILGROUP.PT Research Group, where they led a full-stack software development team. João worked on the development of the MODURAIL.PT web application, which aimed to improve railway maintenance and renewal decisions. In 2016, they became a Co-Founder & CTO at Rnters, a peer-to-peer rental marketplace. Currently, they are a Ph.D. researcher at INESC-ID, starting from September 2015.
