Tim Burnell is an experienced professional in the broadcasting and production industries, currently serving as Commissioning Manager and previously as Commissioning Coordinator at Radio New Zealand since August 2019. Burnell's background includes roles as Production Coordinator for projects like "NZ Wars: Stories of Waitara" at Great Southern Television and various positions in Tomorrowland Television Ltd and Māori Television. As the owner and driver of Timmy's Tours Aotearoa, an eco-tour company in New Zealand, Burnell focused on providing unique travel experiences. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Communications with a major in Radio Broadcasting from Auckland University of Technology.
