Maria Sigfridson

Maria Sigfridson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Maria started their career as a Researcher and later worked as a Konsultchef at Poolia Sverige. Maria then worked as a Personalsekreterare at the University College of Borås. Maria gained experience in HR roles at Lafarge Svenska Höganäs and Ernst & Young. Maria then worked as an HR Chef at Vittra AB and as an HR Business Partner at Pågen AB. Maria later became the Head of HR Nordic at Swisslog Warehouse & Distribution Solutions and is currently the Head of People & Culture at RO-Gruppen AB.

Maria Sigfridson attended Bollebygdsskolan from 1983 to 1993, but the field of study and degree obtained during this time are unknown. Maria then attended Bäckängskolan in Borås from 1993 to 1995, where they pursued a Samhällsvetenskaplig linje (Societal Science program), but did not obtain a degree. From 1997 to 2000, Maria attended the University of Gothenburg and completed a Fil Kand (Bachelor of Arts) in Human Resource Development and Labour Relations. Maria also holds additional certifications, including an MPA (Master Person Analys) from the institution Master, and certifications in MQ and OPQ from SHL Talent Measurement from CEB. Maria has also obtained a certification in Shapes, Scales from the cut-e Group. The specific months and years of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
