Julie Elam

Julie Elam is a Family Nurse Practitioner who currently works as the Clinical Supervisor at Ro Health. Julie has over 10 years of experience working in various outpatient care settings. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and also had their own private practice. In their current role, they oversee the daily operations of the clinic and reports to the Director of Clinical Operations.

Julie Elam has a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master's degree in Nursing from Pittsburg State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from Pittsburg State University. Julie also has an Associate of Science (AS) in Nursing from Southwest Baptist University. Julie is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner, by the Texas State Board of Nursing as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, and by the Texas State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Julie also has certifications in Advanced Certified Life Support and Basic Life Support, and they have a DEA license and DPS Certification/Number from the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Texas Department of Public Safety, respectively.
