Alyssa Fonseca

Alyssa Fonseca currently serves as the Associate Director, People Partner at Ro, a position held since June 2021, after progressing from Senior People Business Partner. Previously, Alyssa contributed to Tory Burch from April 2016 to June 2021 in various roles, including Manager, Talent Development Partner. Earlier experience includes roles at Hudson's Bay Company as Campus Recruiter and Coordinator, Talent Acquisition, Social Media, as well as internships at Donna Karan in both merchandising and human resources. Alyssa holds a B.S.B.A. in Business Management with a minor in Economics from Elon University, where a GPA of 3.63 was achieved, and further education was completed at Cornell University. Prior educational background includes attendance at Villa Walsh Academy from 2003 to 2009.
