Andres Mola, MBA

Andres Mola, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Corporate Quality at Ro since April 2022. Previously, Mola held the position of Quality & Regulatory Affairs Leader at quip. from May 2021 to April 2022, and served as the Director of Quality System Analytics & Special Projects at the New York Blood Center from September 2017 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes roles at Immucor, Inc. as Assistant Manager for Biologics Procurement and Operations Support, and Supervisor of Operations Support, as well as working as a Medical Technologist at OneBlood. Mola began a career in healthcare as an Orientation Team Leader and Office Assistant at the University of South Florida. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences with a Minor in Public Health from the same institution, complemented by an International Baccalaureate High School Diploma from King High School.
