Kathleena Moncrief

Kathleena Moncrief is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst currently serving at Ro since August 2022 and also holds the position of Clinical Supervisor at Behavior Nation since February 2022. With extensive experience in conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing oversight for Registered Behavior Technicians, Kathleena has demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy and support. Additional roles include Behavior Consultant at CARE INC. and Program Manager at Intercare Therapy, Inc., where Kathleena focused on implementing programs for children with autism. Kathleena's academic background includes a Master's degree in Special Education from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Parks and Tourism Administration from California State University-Sacramento.
