Melynda Barnes

Melynda Barnes is the current Chief Medical Officer at Ro. Melynda has also worked as a facial plastic surgeon and head and neck surgeon at ENT and Allergy Associates, where they were awarded the 2018 NMQF 40 under 40 Leaders in Minority Health award and the 2018 Super Doctors "Rising Stars" for New York Metro Area. Prior to that, they were Co-Founder/Writer/Editor of Beauty Refined, MD, a website dedicated to educating and empowering women to put their best face forward.

Melynda Barnes has a BAS in Biological Sciences and Spanish Literature from Stanford University. Melynda also has an M.D. from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Melynda is certified by the Section4 as a Certified Strategist, and they are also a diplomate of the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology.

Melynda Barnes reports to Zachariah Reitano, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Scott Resnick - VP, Member Experience, David Kahdian - Chief Accounting Officer, and Tzvi Doron - Chief Clinical Officer.
