Zindzi Burchall

Zindzi Burchall possesses extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as Associate Director, People Partner and DEI Lead at Ro since September 2021. Prior roles include Senior People and Culture Business Partner at Curology and Strategic Business Partner at Seventh Generation, where Zindzi led diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and optimized talent strategy across various business functions. Zindzi's career commenced at Unilever as part of the Future Leaders Program, focusing on HR operations and employee relations. Zindzi holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations and Management, along with a Women's Leadership certificate from Rutgers University.
