Shane Pfannenstiel

Shane Pfannenstiel is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, law enforcement, and heavy equipment operation. Currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at RoadBuilders Machinery & Supply Co., Inc. since August 2019, Shane also owns S&K Recycling since April 2015. Prior experience includes working as a Police Officer at a law enforcement agency from October 2010 to July 2019 and as a Heavy Equipment Operator at Mallin Bros and F & F IRON & METAL CO. from February 2010 to December 2009. Shane holds an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Allen County Community College, completed between 2006 and 2009, and is a graduate of Norton High School, class of 2006.
