Howard E. Magill II

Howard E. Magill II is the founder and CEO of Road Map Technologies. Prior to starting Road Map Technologies, Howard served as the Vice President of Volunteers for LifeWaters. In this role, they were responsible for planning creative, strategic, and engaging interactions with many of the organization's donors and prospects. Howard also worked with volunteers and executive leadership to enlist support for donor cultivation and solicitation strategies. Additionally, they assisted in managing logistics for training, certifications, and recreational therapy trips.

Before joining LifeWaters, Howard worked as an SMS Administrator and Application Migration Engineer at ConocoPhillips. In this role, they created documentation and processes to successfully migrate applications from an SMS 2.0 environment to SMS 2003 for global deployment. Additionally, they modified numerous vendor-supplied MSI installs with transforms; standardized software installation; and ensured conformance with ConocoPhillips guidelines. Howard also utilized the SMS Console and Citrix Management Console to perform installs and final testing of each application; ensuring complete functionality prior to final deployment.

Howard has a long history of working in various roles that require excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others. These skills have served him well in their current role as the CEO of Road Map Technologies.
