Brittany Kennedy-Quear is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching, consulting, and military operations. Currently serving as a Run Coach for the Road Runners Club of America since February 2019 and as an Executive Consultant for Rodan + Fields since March 2016, Brittany has demonstrated expertise in both athletic training and business development. Previously, Brittany held positions in medical billing management and project management, as well as key leadership roles in the US Army, including Operations Officer and Battalion Rear Detachment Commander. An alumna of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Brittany earned a Bachelor of Science in English with a Systems Engineering track in 2006.

Founded in 1958, the Road Runners Club of America is the oldest and largest national association of running clubs, running events, and runners dedicated to promoting running as a competitive sport and as healthy exercise. The RRCA’s mission is to represent and promote the common interests of its member clubs, events, and individual runners through education, leadership, programs and other services.
