Matt Faucher has a long history of work experience with Road Scholar. Matt started as a Contact Center Supervisor in 1999 and worked their way up to become the Director of Contact Center Operations in 2006. In 2017, they transitioned into the role of Director Customer Experience where they lead teams responsible for exceptional customer service and communication in critical moments of the customer journey. Matt is also responsible for managing world events and weather situations that impact program operations, as well as handling customer emergencies. Matt Faucher defines escalated customer service strategies and oversees customer contact processes for program cancels and changes.
Matt Faucher earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics from Merrimack College, which they attended from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their educational background, they obtained a certification in the Net Promoter System from Satmetrix in October 2014.
