Melissa Williams

Melissa Williams worked as a Teacher of English as a Foreign Language at Peace Corps in Benin, West Africa, teaching beginner English classes to 6th and 7th graders. Melissa also worked as a Math Teacher for a shorter period and then moved on to work as a Phone Channel Operator at Capital One. Melissa transitioned to a Customer Service Representative role at The Regence Group before joining Road Scholar as a Senior Coordinator of Participant Support and later as a Senior Advisor for email and chat support.
