Callum Gill is a seasoned strategist with extensive experience in driving innovation and marketing leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the UK Director of Strategy at Road to Amherst since April 2025, Callum previously held the position of Head of Strategy at rehab_agency from April 2023 to April 2025, where efforts focused on leveraging AI and emerging technologies for brands such as Google, Disney, Pinterest, and Paramount. Prior roles include Strategy Director at Digital Radish and Head of Insight & Innovation at drp, where leadership involved guiding research and insights to enhance brand engagement. Callum began a career in marketing as a Press & Marketing Executive at E3 Group and holds a BA Hons in English Literature from the University of Sussex.
