Natalie McBride (née Hughes)

Natalie McBride (née Hughes) is an accomplished professional in business strategy and consulting, currently serving as CEO of Road to Amherst since May 2024, where independent support is provided to help businesses effectively embrace AI. As Managing Director and Executive Advisor at This Place since February 2019, Natalie oversees global operations (excluding the west coast US and Japan) and leads a team that addresses customer experience challenges for prominent brands. Previously, during a tenure at Accenture from September 2011 to February 2019, Natalie held various roles, including Strategy Manager and Head of Strategy, focusing on developing growth strategies across multiple industries. Natalie holds an MSc in Business Management from Imperial College London and a BA (Hons) in History and Spanish from The University of Manchester.
