Christopher D. Merrida

Christopher D. Merrida, MPA, currently serves as Program Manager for the Road to Hire College Team, focusing on empowering over 500 first-generation, underrepresented college students in STEM and business careers. With a robust background in workforce development and educational program management, Christopher previously held roles as Director of Growth & Recruitment and Director of Workforce Training at Bitwise Industries, where efforts included recruiting more than 3,500 pre-apprentices and overseeing 500 apprentices. Christopher's extensive experience also includes over a decade at Whittier Educational Foundation, managing operations across multiple STEM academies and developing key support programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Golden Gate University.
