Kajal Bhatt began their work experience in 2020 as an Account Executive at HNH OVERSEAS PVT LTD, where they stayed until June 2021. In July 2021, they joined RoadCast as a Client Servicing Executive and worked there until March 2022. From April 2022 onwards, they have been serving as a Senior Support Specialist at RoadCast.

Kajal Bhatt began their education at S.K.V Delhi Cantt, where they completed their 12th pass qualification. kajal then pursued further studies at Delhi University from 2020 to 2023, earning a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance.
