Nicolas Bigard

Nicolas Bigard has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Roadhouse S.p.A. since February 2014. Prior to this role, Nicolas held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Roadhouse Grill Italia S.r.l. from 2006 to January 2014, and before that, worked as an Operation Manager at Buffalo Grill from December 1998 to April 2006. Nicolas is an alumnus of Vatel, having completed studies from 1994 to 1997.
