Greyson Daugherty, PhD, A-CSPO has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as an Undergraduate Intern at Los Alamos National Laboratory. In 2007, they served as a Foundry Technician at Precision Castings of Tennessee. From 2009 to 2011, Greyson worked as an Hourly Technical Consultant at BAE Systems while also serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Duke University. In 2011, they became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, where they later took on roles such as Number Theory Instructor and Resident Advisor until 2015. From 2014 to 2017, they concurrently worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia Tech Research Institute, earning the GTRI's Graduate Student Research Award in 2016. In 2016, Greyson joined Hydrian as a Senior Data Scientist. Greyson then worked at Revenue Analytics, Inc. as an Operations Research Consultant from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Greyson holds multiple roles at Roadie, including Data Scientist from 2019 to 2020, Lead Data Scientist from 2020 to 2022, and Director of Machine Learning and Operations Research starting in September 2022.

Greyson Daugherty, PhD, A-CSPO has a strong educational background in engineering and mathematics. Greyson obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2017. Prior to their PhD, they completed a Master of Science in Operations Research (MSOR) at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2013.

Greyson also holds a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University, which they completed from 2009 to 2012. During the same period, they also earned a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) from Duke University.

In addition, Greyson earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Vanderbilt University in 2009, where they pursued a triple major in Physics, Mathematics, and Russian language.

To further enhance their skills and knowledge, Greyson obtained several certifications. Greyson completed Harvard Business School Online's Certificate programs in Alternative Investments, Financial Accounting, and Leading with Finance in 2021. Greyson also participated in the CIEE Russian Language Program at Saint Petersburg State University in 2008.

Greyson has expanded their expertise beyond their academic field with certifications in various areas. These include Quantum Programming, Quantum Computing Realities, Quantum Computing Fundamentals, Fintech, TensorFlow in Practice, and Deep Learning. Additionally, Greyson holds the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications from the Scrum Alliance. Greyson also acquired coaching and licensing certifications related to skydiving from the United States Parachute Association in 2015.
