Justin Ratcliffe

Justin Ratcliffe has had a varied work experience. From 2006 to 2015, they worked for a number of companies in various roles. In 2006, they were a Teaching Assistant at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Later that year, they became a Software Engineer: IT Governance (Intern) at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. In 2007, they were a UX Researcher and Designer (Intern) at Perficient. From 2008 to 2009, they were a UX Researcher and Designer at AT&T Labs, Inc. and a UX Designer at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Senior UX Designer at AT&T Mobility. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have been at Roadie, where they have held a number of roles, including Head of Product, Product Lead, Product Owner & UX Lead, Lead UX Designer, and UX Designer.

Justin Ratcliffe received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2008, with minors in Psychology and Mathematics. Justin then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction at the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2011. Following this, they attended the Savannah College of Art and Design for Graphic Design.
