Duane Woods

Duane Woods is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and governance across various sectors, particularly in the banking and waste management industries. Currently, Duane serves as Director, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer at Savers, while also holding the position of Director and Investor at Roadrunner Recycling Inc., an innovative recycling and waste management service company. Previous roles include Director at Pacific Continental Bank following its acquisition of Foundation Bank, where Duane served as Vice Chairman and Interim CEO, successfully guiding the bank to profitability and a strategic merger. Additional experience includes senior leadership roles at Waste Management Inc., where Duane oversaw significant operational revenues, and serving as Interim Executive Director at Fiesta Bowl, alongside past chairmanship of the organization. Duane holds a JD from Seattle University School of Law and a BA in History from the University of Washington.
