Tina Lisell

Tina Lisell is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in service delivery and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Service Delivery at RoadRunner Recycling since April 2022, Tina previously held the position of Director of Operations at Quality Contact Solutions from January 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing BPO operations and workforce management. Tina's earlier experience includes various leadership roles at Synergy Solutions, Inc., including Sr. Operations Manager, Director of Operations, Regional Manager, and Center Manager, spanning from February 2002 to June 2018. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Bemidji State University.
