Arjun S currently serves as the Business Head for India and the Middle East at Roadzen since October 2023, focusing on business strategy and B2B initiatives. Additionally, Arjun has been an entrepreneur at EPIC Growth Consulting since April 2019, aiming to empower clients through robust processes and innovative concepts. Previously, Arjun held the position of COO at Good Insurance from January 2022 to October 2023 and served as CEO and Partner at FA Premium Insurance Broking Private Limited from April 2018 to October 2023, where the management of a rapidly growing insurance distribution business and the launch of a hybrid customer acquisition platform were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes a role as DGM of Franchise Operations at Mahindra First Choice Services Ltd. from June 2010 to April 2018, overseeing national business operations and implementing after-sales support initiatives. Arjun holds a PGDBA in Operations Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and an Executive MBA in Operations Management from Harvard Business School.
