Erik Torenberg

Erik Torenberg is an investor at Roam Research and a CEO/founder of Juntoist Labs. Erik has also served on the board of directors for North Star Self Directed Learning for Teens and as a field coordinator for the Committee for Sensible Marijuana Policy.

Erik Torenberg's career began in 2008 as an assistant canvass director for U.S. PIRG. Erik then became the CEO and co-founder of Localocracy, which was acquired by Aol in 2011. In 2013, they founded Juntoist Labs, which they ran until 2017.

Erik Torenberg is a passionate advocate for sensible marijuana policy and has been working to build the collective intelligence of local communities through their work with Localocracy and Juntoist Labs.

Erik Torenberg is currently on leave from their educational career. Erik was formerly studying anthropology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
