Axel De Caigny has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Axel began as an Editor at PSX-Sense in 2011, followed by a role as an Administrative Assistant - Summer Student at Bank J. Van Breda & C° in 2014. In 2016, they held two positions simultaneously, as a Verkoopmedewerker - Jobstudent at A.S. Watson (Health & Beauty) Benelux - Kruidvat and as a Dossierbeheerder - Summer Student at Bank J. Van Breda & C°. Most recently, in 2019, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Roamler.

Axel De Caigny has a comprehensive education history. Axel began their studies in 2008, when they attended Sint Jozef Klein Seminarie to study Economics. In 2012, they moved on to Broederschool Sint-Niklaas to study Business Economics. From 2014 to 2016, they studied Applied Economics - Business Economics at the University of Antwerp, and then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Social and Economic Sciences from the same university from 2016 to 2018. Finally, they completed a Master's degree in Sociaal-economische wetenschappen from the University of Antwerp in 2019.
