Leonore Van Waaij

Leonore Van Waaij has a wealth of experience in the financial sector. Leonore began their career in 2001 as an Accountant at Arthur Andersen, followed by a similar role at Deloitte. In 2007, they moved to Royal Schiphol Group as a Business Controller for Commercial Services & Media. Three years later, they joined The Phone House as CFO/Finance Director. In 2016, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Backbase. In 2020, they were appointed as a Member of the Supervisory Board at SGR. Currently, they are a Member of the Board of Commissioners at SGRZ NV and CFO at Roamler.

Leonore Van Waaij attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1995 to 2001, earning a degree in Business Administration / Bedrijfskunde. Leonore returned to Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2001 to 2005, earning a RA, financial auditing degree.
