Felista Wanjiru Gachau

Felista Wanjiru Gachau has over 8 years of work experience in Human Resources. In 2022, they began working as Human Resource Manager at Roamtech Solutions Limited. From 2018 to 2017, they worked at Sidian Bank as a Human Resource Generalist and Human Resource Business Partner. During this time, they provided HR foundational support and functional expertise that drove productivity and results across the Sidian Bank branch network. Felista Wanjiru Gachau is currently enrolled in the College of Human Resource Management, where they are pursuing a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) in Human Resource Management. Prior to this, they obtained a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management and Certificate in Counselling from the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) in 2013. Felista also holds a Certificate in Counselling Studies from the Kenya Association of Professional Counselors, which they obtained in 2012. In 2008-2010, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Nairobi. Additionally, in December 2022, they obtained a Certified OKR Practitioner Final Quiz from the OKR Institute.
