Victoria Harrell

Victoria Harrell is an experienced professional in the field of behavioral health and recreational therapy. Since December 2021, Victoria has served as a Referral Specialist and previously held the role of Behavioral Health Care Manager at Roanoke Chowan Community Health Center. Prior to that, Victoria worked as the Activity & Wellness Director at Spring Arbor of Raleigh from July 2019 to November 2021, and as a Recreational Therapist at Strategic Behavioral Health from January 2018 to April 2019. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from East Carolina University, earned between 2013 and 2018.
