Ryan Adams M.a.ed.

Ryan Adams, M.A.Ed., is a dedicated science educator currently serving as a Science Teacher for Biology and Chemistry at Roanoke County Schools since May 2020. Ryan has taught a range of advanced courses, including College Bound Chemistry and Advanced Biology. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Virginia Tech from August 2017 to May 2020, where responsibilities included curriculum review for first-year biology courses and supporting students in both biological and organic chemistry. Additionally, Ryan contributed as an Orientation Assistant, Hearing Panel Member for the Office of Undergraduate Academic Integrity, and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, further enhancing educational support within the academic community. Ryan holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Science Education, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Virginia Tech.
