Cinzia Amadio

Cinzia Amadio is the Chief Marketing and Growth Officer at ROAR AFRICA, a position held since January 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing marketing functions to drive growth and enhance brand recognition in the ultra-luxury travel sector. Prior to this role, Cinzia served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Silversea Cruises from September 2015 to December 2024, leading strategic planning efforts and managing the international marketing teams. Experience at Silversea also included other vice president roles focusing on marketing strategy, sales marketing for expedition travel, and business development. Before entering the luxury travel industry, Cinzia held various marketing and management positions at TIM from August 2000 to August 2015. Cinzia holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova and is currently pursuing advanced studies at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and Wharton Online.
