Coral Strakbein

Coral Strakbein is an accomplished executive assistant with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Roaring Fork Restaurant Group since February 2021, Coral previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the General Manager at Marriott Hotels from June 2016 to May 2019. Prior experience includes roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as a Meetings and Special Events Coordinator and Front Desk/PBX Communications Agent, as well as serving at Tallahassee Hospitality Group, LLC as Server and Hostess and Assistant to the Director of Catering and Sales. Coral began a career in hospitality at Loews Hotels as a Pool Concierge. Coral holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida State University.
