Kelly Gerald O'Callahghan serves as the Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Roaring Springs Water Park since January 2022 and is also the Director of Operations at Crave Delivery, a position held since December 2020, where responsibilities include managing a $12 million annual P&L, developing operational KPIs, and overseeing a staff of 129.
